Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation
You may cancel a project in writing (via email) at any time. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
2. Payment for Completed Work
Upon cancellation, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. This ensures fair compensation for work already delivered.
3. Deposits
Non-refundable deposits cover planning and reserved team capacity. If cancellation occurs before any work begins, the deposit may be partially refunded at our discretion.
4. Re-engagement
In-progress deliverables remain the property of SHARLANCOR LABS until full payment. You may re-engage us to resume a paused project at any time.
