2. Services
SHARLANCOR LABS provides software development, web development, design, SEO, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final custom deliverables is transferred to the client. SHARLANCOR LABS retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payments
Payment terms are defined per project. Milestone-based payments are standard. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.
5. Limitation of Liability
SHARLANCOR LABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
