Refund Policy

A project deposit secures your place and covers initial planning and design work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Milestone payments correspond to delivered work. If SHARLANCOR LABS fails to deliver a completed milestone, you are entitled to a refund for that specific milestone within 30 days.

If the client cancels a project after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Unused prepaid balances are refundable.
